Spesifikasi Asus Google Nexus 7 - Sesuai dengan namanya, Nexus Seven memiliki ukuran layar tujuh inchi, lebih kecil dari iPad buatan Apple yang berukuran sekitar 10 inchi. Beberapa pengamat mengatakan tablet ini mengisyaratkan Nexus Seven dibuat untuk menyaingi tablet Amazon yang sangat populer, Kindle Fire dan tentu saja The New iPad besutan Apple.

Nexus Seven menggunakan sistem operasi buatan Google Android yang diberi nama Jelly Bean  dan sepertinya didesain untuk memanfaatkan konten multimedia Google Play. Google mengatakan ada 600.000 aplikasi Android tersedia di toko konten Google Play.
